We had a fantastic stay at a gem in the downtown area. The location was perfect, close to the city center and all the shopping landmarks. The hotel itself was brand new and beautifully designed, blending classic and modern styles. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a lovely bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hotel's signature breakfast, which included delicious tropical fruits. We can't wait to return with our family on our next trip.

All rooms came with a safety deposit box, giving us peace of mind for our valuables. The twin room with a bathrobe made us feel like royalty, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The suite with satellite TV was a great way to unwind and catch up on our favorite shows. The suite with a tea/coffee maker was a convenient addition, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage at any time. The rooms provided us with a wardrobe, making it easy to keep our belongings organized.

Personally, I found the bathrobe in the twin room unnecessary, but others may enjoy it.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. As a senior woman, I sometimes needed a little extra help, whether it was with carrying my bags or guiding me to the dining area.

clean rooms - great location - friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, and a beautiful pool setting. The head receptionist is a delight and speaks English. The hotel is close to the main town - so it's convenient to explore. One service that stood out was the staff making breakfast to go for us when we had an early checkout for the boat to Siem Reap.
